Strictly Skills Basketball Training Program Lancaster County PA Strictly Skills Basketball is a basketball training program that uses small group instruction to advance individual players' skills. Class sizes are a maximum of 10 players, and the instructional staff is a mix of highly successful head high school and college coaches. We are housed in the Hershey Athletic Club and now offer classes in Lancaster & Hempfield.
